Shadow work can help us heal parts of ourselves from trauma or grief. Shadow work revolves around the shadow self, that is an unconscious part of our personality. This can help with your triggers and unwanted patterns in your life. It is our "dark side" or parts of ourselves we may not like or may not know. Parts of ourselves we have forgot or abandoned. This will help you get to the root of your traumas or patterns you struggle with. This is a package to support you in your shadow work journey.

We carry our Inner Child subconsciously with us -- the aspect of ourselves from when we were younger. Our playfulness, spontaneity, creativity, anger, hurt, and fear that we experienced in our childhood. This can help heal childhood trauma or feelings you are not sure why you experience. I will provide resources, advice, and recommendations. This is a package to support you in your inner child and inner teen healing and/or spiritual journey.

These coaching sessions are for parents to sign up and schedule their children for. In the session we will work on self esteem, mental health subjects, self care, processing emotions/emotional intelligence skills, coping skills, peer pressure, etc. I will help your child with whatever topics they are wanting to cover or what you feel would benefit them. I will recommend resources and provide advice and other resources.

These coaching sessions are for parents or caregivers to discuss your child/children and their personalities, strengths/weaknesses, zodiac signs, and more. I will give you advice, recommendations, or direction to help you make decisions or to learn more about your child(ren) and how to best help when parenting them. In this session I will channel whatever is coming through for you - instead of the client coming with questions. I will ask your guides and ancestors what you need to hear right now - and leave it to them to channel through what they would like to bring your attention to..
